Ministry Goal:
The goal of Wrap Around Care is to provide practical and relational support to our foster parents during foster placement. This additional support gives foster parents a greater opportunity to provide for the specialized needs of children in their care and helps prevent their burnout, resulting in less disruptions and more stability for the children.
Foster parents often face burnout, leading to placement disruptions. This ministry is a strategic way to sustain these families by surrounding them with practical help, offering the stability and care needed for both the parent and the child.
Join a team that aligns with your skills. Hands-On: Cooking meals, doing laundry, or house cleaning. Relational: Providing childcare for a necessary parents' night out. Behind the Scenes: Consistent prayer and written encouragement.
Top Need:
Volunteers for all Care Team Roles who can commit to a minimum of six months to provide maximum stability for the family. (Note: Consider joining the new Streamlined Meals Team to serve multiple ministries!)
